Refund Policy

Summary: WXOPS subscriptions are non-refundable except in specific circumstances outlined below. We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan.

Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to evaluate WXOPS during the trial period before subscribing to a paid plan.

General Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable consumer protection law. This includes:

Monthly subscription charges that have already been processed
Partial month refunds upon cancellation
Charges for plan upgrades

When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining days.

Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

Service unavailability: If WXOPS experiences unplanned downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours in a billing period, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the affected period.
Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g. charged twice, charged the wrong amount), we will correct the error and issue a full refund of the overcharge.
First charge after trial: If you are charged for the first time after your trial and contact us within 48 hours of the charge, we will issue a full refund upon request, no questions asked.
Legal requirement: Where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund, we will comply.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at billing@wxops.io with:

Your registered email address
The date and amount of the charge
The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
